Knitting machines from Mayer& Cie, Orizio and indigenous machines are used to knit any type of contemporary fashion fabrics including flat knits from computerized flat knitting machines.
Regular fabrics we use includes jerseys, piques, ribs, interlock, jacquards (mini and full), single jersey jacquards (mini and full), pointless, engineering stripes, sweat, French ribs (flat back) herringbone, veloure, terry, fleece, sherpa etc., including Lycra mixed fabrics. Compositions of fabrics are 100% cotton and blends as per the requirements of our customers. Dyeing
The usage of latest soft flow dyeing process with balloon padding and flat drying gives our fabric a streaks free and wrinkles free finish. The modern process retains the actual design and structure of the fabric and minimizes shrinkage.Printing
Printing unit with Hebbecker - Germany Fully Automatic T - Shirt Printing & Flocking machines and manual print table.Five 9 colors/20.Printing capacity 10,000 to 12,000 Pcs Per day. 12 color imported Stormac Rotary printing machine is used for rotary prints. With 10 years into printing our experienced printers have worked with every possible print that has ruled the fashion market. The progressive quality system that we follow makes compacting mandatory. Tube – Tex and Albert machines are used for compacting. Shrinkage control is also exercised by tumble drying, relax drying etc. Stitching and Finishing
Stitching and finishing unit with all normal and special purpose machines imported from world renowned manufacturers to make contemporary style knitwear. Lay cutting machines, steam irons, stain removing stations and every other machine needed to finish trendy garments are available more than everything the professionalism of our trained workers gives a neat and perfect finish to the final garments. |
